About Amber Kidd

I’ve been in your shoes.

My name is Amber Kidd and my journey into this profession began after experiencing postpartum depression and, like many parents, I reached a point of pure exhaustion. I ended up bringing my baby into bed with us just to get some rest. I know firsthand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, exhausted, and just trying to make it through each day.

Through my training with The Center of Pediatric Sleep Management, I gained practical, evidence-based tools to help children learn to fall asleep independently. I’m proud to share that my own baby was sleeping in his own bed within just seven days—after nearly a year of bed sharing. This experience inspired me to help other families find the same sense of rest, confidence, and calm in their homes.

I’m especially passionate about supporting moms through the hard postpartum period. Every mother deserves to truly enjoy motherhood, and getting a good night’s rest plays a major role in making that possible. My goal is to guide and empower moms to find balance, rest, and joy again, whether that’s in the newborn days or toddlerhood.

Client-based Care

My approach is deeply client-led. Every plan and every step of support is tailored to your child’s unique needs, your parenting approach, and your family’s lifestyle.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—because no two babies or families are the same.

Instead, I work alongside you to create realistic, sustainable sleep solutions that feel good to implement and truly align with your values. Whether you prefer a gradual, hands-on approach or want more structure and guidance, I meet you exactly where you are.

This isn’t just about getting more sleep—it’s about helping you feel confident. Confident in understanding your child, in how you respond, and in making adjustments as your child grows and their needs evolve.
