I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant and a mom who understands how heavy the postpartum season can feel. I got into this work after experiencing postpartum depression and realizing just how deeply sleep (or the lack of it) affects everything — your mood, your confidence, and your ability to enjoy motherhood.
I believe moms deserve support without shame, pressure, or unrealistic expectations. My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and well-rested — not judged or overwhelmed.
